Lin Hai Feng - "Morning Healthy Breakfast 营养早餐"

I had learnt a lot from Lin Hai Feng nutrition VCD, he encourages all of us drink this "morning healthy breakfast" for all of us and our family members.

This "morning healthy breakfast" consists of all the nutrients for our body required everyday even if we don't have time for a good breakfast, this is enough for our body and it helps a lot of people especially those who have sickness to slowly help their body recover back to their healthy shape.

1、Fresh Milk\Soya Milk (牛奶\熟黄豆 ) 250ml\一把
2、熟鸡蛋\小麦胚芽\酵母 一枚\一勺 ( 1 scoop )
3、Apple\Banana\Papaya (苹果\香蕉\木瓜 ) 一个
4、Nutrilite Protein Powder (蛋白质粉 ) 一勺 ( 1 scoop )
5、Nutrilite Double 倍立健(纽崔莱) 1
6、BioC\B-Comp\Lec-E\Ginko (C+B+E+银杏 ) 2
7、Nutrilite Cal & Mag ( 钙镁片 ) 2
8、Nutrilite Multi-Carotene (胡萝卜) 1
9、Nutrilite Echinacea ( 野菊 ) 1
*Blend and make into a jar of breakfast drinks.

Remember must try out ourself before we share with others..
